Since our founding father Dr. Sun Yat-sen led the 1911 Revolution which led to the creation of the Republic of China, on the eve of every National Day, my countrymen are elated to celebrate this sacred anniversary. But on the eve of today's National Day, my compatriots trapped in the bandit zone have only grief and grief to commemorate this year's Double Ten. Recall that on October 10th, thirty-eight years ago, the Wuchang Uprising responded to the whole country. It removed the monarchy of two thousand years and overthrew the Manchu dictatorship of 260 years before the Republic of China was born. After the founding of the Republic of China, our revolutionary and patriotic compatriots struggled and sacrificed in the Second Revolution against Yuan, the Constitutional Protection Movement, and the Northern Expedition, and the national identity of the Republic of China was guaranteed and the national flag of the Republic of China and the national anthem were created. Summing up the history of 38 years of revolutionary nation-building, the Republic of China has made the Republic of China the highest organisation of our compatriots living together, and the supreme symbol of the national spirit; and the Republic of China’s national body, national identity, national flag, and national anthem are in our country’s compatriots. Its life and emotions, thoughts and actions, have their roots that are unshakable and permanent. It is today that the CPC’s bandit party has gathered some national scum, shameless traitors, and prostitutes to act as the so-called "People’s Political Consultative Conference." In less than ten days, it implemented the plan set by the Communist International and declared Soviet totalitarianism. The socialist state system abolished the national identity of the Republic of China and adopted the Russian-style red flag, which changed the national anthem chanted by our 450 million people. My compatriots in the bandit area have been under the iron curtain of darkness for a long time. They could no longer bear the violence. Today, they cannot see the national flag or listen to the national anthem. The pain of losing their family and the country is even more unbearable. My compatriots in the rear and overseas, in this period of international emergency and severe national crisis, they will not remember the difficulties created by the Republic of China, and they must feel the great responsibility of saving the nation. Although I have been deposed, I should continue to fight for the national revolution and the national revolution after the compatriots in the country. On the double tenth of the National Day of the Republic of China, I would like to express my sorrow and heartfelt words for the compatriots all over the country.

It is not the aim of the Chinese Communists, when they rise in open revolt, simply to overthrow the Government and capture political power for themselves, but, what is more, also to accomplish the extinction of the Chinese nation on orders from their Russian masters. That is why their tactics are identical with those which Russia has employed in gobbling up the Eastern European countries. In the course of the last four years Russia instructed the Communist Parties in Eastern Europe to proceed in two stages: first, to agitate for "coalition government" in the name of "New Democracy"; second, to inaugurate, in the name of "People's Democratic Dictatorship," a totalitarian "People's Government" with a view to holding the masses in its grip and offering them to Russia as objects of sacrifice... What Mao Tse-tung is following today is the same formula which Moscow has used in its creation of puppets in Eastern Europe: they are merely carrying out Russian orders to wipe out the Chinese nation and enslave the Chinese people. In the past seven years, the bandit party has launched its severe rectification campaign, and then carried out its brutal three-check campaign. These movements are directly the reckoning of free-living family ethics and national morals, and indirectly they are an attack on national thoughts and national sentiments. It was only after the Communist International rebuked Titoism that the CPC implemented the "Four Study Programmes", declaring war on nationalism. At the beginning of April this year, they further issued their declaration of fighting for Russia in the Three World Wars. At the beginning of July, they put forward the fallacy of being one-sided to Russia, vowing to serve Russia's interests.

However, the national body of the Republic of China is the guarantee of the people’s freedom and rights. The national flag of the Republic of China is a symbol of the National Revolution. The national identity of the Republic of China is to condense the patriotic feelings of the people. The national anthem of the Republic of China represents the purpose of the founding of the Three People’s Principles. Double Ten Day, to commemorate the difficult history of the Chinese nation for the democratic republic. All of these are epics condensed by countless blood and tears of my revolutionary martyrs, soldiers and civilians who have died in the country, and are the place where my 450 million compatriots feel the sense of the nation and the love of the motherland. As long as there is a national flag of the Blue Sky, White Sun, and a Wholly Red Earth on our Chinese territory, it is a sign of independence and freedom for my descendants of the Yellow Emperor. Therefore, Yuan Shikai did not dare to publicly switch to the reign of the Chinese Empire, and Wang Jingwei did not dare to change the national flag of the Blue Sky and White Sun. Although they were all under the control of imperialism, they still dared not offend our national spirit. Today, the Communist Party of China bandit party has completely changed our Republic of China, from substance to form, wantonly insulting. It can be seen that the crimes of the CPC’s gangsters’ indulgence and treachery are not comparable to those of Yuan and Wang’s thieves; it can also be seen that the arrogant, unscrupulous Russian aggression is even higher than that of the Japanese warlords.

The drama unveiled by the Communist Party of China in Peiping this time was entirely inspired by the directors of the Russian aggressors. The following two points are sufficient proof: First, from the theoretical point of view they created, Bandit Mao Zedong put the bandits in early July. The party’s despotism and treacherous behaviour are summed up as a “formula”, which is “the working class is united with the international people’s democratic forces through the people’s democratic dictatorship based on the alliance of workers and peasants led by the Communist Party”. You must know that what they called the "People's Democratic Dictatorship" is the dictatorship of the Communist Party, and the so-called "People's Democracy" is the dictatorship within the Iron Curtain of the Communist International, and some countries that surrender to Russia. Their so-called "people's democratic dictatorship" is the dictatorship of the Communist Party, which runs counter to democratic politics. For four years, Moscow has used this sophistication and ambiguous terms to conceal the aggressive actions of annexing Eastern European countries. Bandit Mao Zedong’s "formula" today is nothing more than following Moscow's method of invading Eastern Europe to create puppets to carry out his orders to destroy our country and enslave our people. Second, from the point of view of the procedures they have adopted, on the 1st of this month Bandit Mao Zedong announced an " Announcement " when his so-called "Central People's Government Committee" was established." Zhou Enlai, the so-called "Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs" of the Council of State, just made the announcement and immediately distributed the so-called "Announcement" to the consulates of various countries. On the second day, Gromyko, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Government, issued a statement stating that they "recognised" the Bandit Mao's pseudo-organisation. Eighteen years ago, Tufeiyuan created the pseudo-Manchukuo, and there were official document exchanges between Tokyo and Changchun; today, Russia created the Beiping pseudo-organisation, but between Moscow and Beiping, the performance was even more hurried by radio news broadcasts. Hasty, and everything is a predetermined plan, a particularly obvious fact. The Russian aggressors attempted to use this short and monotonous drama to mess up the eyes and ears of democratic countries diplomatically, and to sharply prepare the battlefield of the three wars in the military. And the bandits Zhu and Mao want to offer my 450 million compatriots as cannon fodder to Russia, to dedicate my 12 million square kilometres of beautiful rivers and mountains to the Russian battlefield, and to give the precious lives of our citizens of the Republic of China. Property and abundant resources are used as collateral for their Communist bandits to sell themselves for refuge; this is even more shameless and shameful than Yuan Shikai’s admission of 21 Articles to encourage his imperial self-sufficiency and Wang Jingwei’s signing of the " Outline for Adjustment of Japanese-Chinese Relations " to promote his puppet organisation, is frantic.

My fellow citizens! If Russia conquered our entire China, it would be like a tiger with wings, and there will be no peace for mankind in the world. Hundreds and fifty million of our compatriots will always be the silent and colourless people of the country. At this time of life and death, the only way for our compatriots throughout the country to save the country and self-rescue is to completely suppress the communists and resolutely resist Russia. All compatriots in the enemy-occupied areas can only unite automatically, guard against the destruction of the bandits, work hard, maintain the available strength, and insist on waiting for the rescue of our army to prepare for the counterattack of our army. Zhongzheng is responsible for guaranteeing that no matter how difficult the future war situation is and how dangerous the environment is, our army will complete considerable preparations within a short period of time and launch an active counterattack to comfort our compatriots in the enemy-occupied area, and that there will never be a moment's delay. All compatriots in the free zone at the rear should be more vigilant and stand up together. They must know that "under the nest, there will never be an egg." There is only one unity and joint struggle. At this time, it is the meeting of our compatriots in the same boat. We must work hard together to save our lives, destroy our homes to protect our homes, support the government, obey the laws, and make persistent efforts to destroy the Communist bandits, be unyielding, resist the violent Russia, and don't be greedy for temporary peace Regardless of personal interests. To be a free man, die in a free land, and never be willing to be a slave to a foreign race. As long as the Russian puppet and traitor Zhu Mao occupies an inch of the Republic of China, we cannot give up our responsibility to resist aggression.

China must point out here that the Russian aggressors' recognition of the pseudo-organisation of the Communist Party of China, not only undermined the Sino-Soviet Friendship Alliance Treaty, but also tore up the Yalta Agreement between the United States, Britain and the Soviet Union. It is not only a damage to international law, but also a betrayal of the UN Charter. Russia's move this time, apart from the destruction of the Versailles Treaty by the Nazi Germans, the violation of the League of Nations Convention by the Italian Fascists, and the destruction of the Nine Nations Convention by the Japanese warlords, there is no other event comparable. Today's Peking Puppet Organisation is a complete repetition of the history of the Japanese imperialists' single-handed creation of the Puppet Manchukuo after September 18th. Everyone knows that the establishment of the Puppet Manchukuo was the prelude to China's direct military response to the Japanese warlord's aggression, which was the prelude to the Second World War. In the past four years, the armed rebellion of the CPC has developed in an all-round way, which has made China's crisis more serious than it was during the six years of the September 18th and July 7th Incidents. Today in Russia, desperately publicly directing his puppet drama in Peking, not only exposes the nature of the communist rebellion to the war of aggression, but also Russia has already regarded itself as the leader of the international war. China has never wanted to use the scourge of war shared by mankind in the world to solve the CPC's problems. But if the democracies of the world do not work for collective security in time, the ambition of the Moscow militants to create three wars will never end. Today, they are creating a world war in the Far East, and they have reached the stage where they can see it.

Zhongzheng led the Chinese National Revolution and squashed with the Communist Party bandits for twenty-five years. He knew that Soviet Russia’s policy of invading the Far East was no different from the imperial Russian era. The CPC is a spy of Moscow's Third International, not a political party in China. There is a master-slave relationship with Moscow. This misunderstanding has caused the United States' China policy and our government's anti-insurgency policy to still be in vain to each other. But our compatriots can believe that the United States is a country that values ​​justice and faith, and today is a world leader that leads democracy and resists power. As long as our central government continues to fight against bandits and the Northeast territorial sovereignty does not resume, the United States is one. Japan cannot abandon its international faith and shirk its political responsibilities. It is by no means comparable to countries that have forgotten their gains and abandon their faith. As for some self-proclaimed liberal democrats in the country, they directly and indirectly help the Communist bandits in the government area. Develop its anti-civil war campaign; the government mobilises to suppress bandits, especially conscription and food, and suffers from this campaign everywhere. In recent months, these national scumbags, shameless traitors, have even used the reputation of "peace" to whitewash their crimes of flattering the communist Russia and their anti-communist struggle. This has been shaken, and the morale of the people has also been depressed. However, our China’s struggle against communism has suffered a temporary setback during this internal and external resignation. As long as we make desperate sacrifices and fight to the end, we will make a significant contribution to the security of the Far East and world peace. The decisive meaning. My fellow citizens! Today’s aggressive power can no longer conceal its true appearance, and traitorous traitors can no longer conceal their ugliness; the communist bandit’s hasty announcement and Moscow’s hasty recognition, the only effect is that the CPC’s bandits are a tool for Russia to invade China’s territorial sovereignty and endanger the security and peace of the Far East. My fellow citizens! Since the establishment of the pseudo-organisation of the Communist Party of China and Russia and its vassal states recognised it, the international crisis has become increasingly urgent, and world peace has been desperate. All Chinese nationals who do not want to be slaves to Russia, but consider themselves descendants of the Yellow Emperor, must be united, with one heart and one virtue, under the blue sky and white sun, and before the national revolution, do everything available to persist in anti-communist international aggression.
