Coll., Camb., 1848, a student of the Middle Temple 23 Jan., 1839, called to the bar 6 Nov., 1846 (5th son of late David Pollock, a bencher of the Middle Temple); born 16 May, 1821; married 11 Sept., 1848, Selina Mary, youngest dau. of John Henry Eccles, Esq., of Mainfields, co. Lanc.; she died 21 Jan., 1855, leaving issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
