FORMATION OF THE PREPARATORY COMMISSION FOR PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE

⁠Approval is hereby granted to the formation of the Preparatory Commission for Philippine Independence, as composed of the following members selected by the Special National Convention of the Kalibapi.

⁠The Commission is authorized to proceed immediately with the preparatory work for independence.
