סוערה f. (b. h.;= מסוערה, v. סער II) storm-beaten, restless. Pesik. R. s. 32; Yalk. Is. 339 וכ׳ מערערתא ס׳ smrah (Is. LI)V, 11) means stirred up, for the nations have stirred her (Israel) up (with ref. to Ps. CXXXVII, 7). [Pesik. R. l. c. המצות מן ס׳, read, with Yalk. l. c., ענייה]
