ערר, Pi. עירר (v. ערער I) [to stir up,] to protest, contest, obyect. Y. Gitt. I, 43c top בטל עררו ועי׳ בא אם if the hus- band comes and contests (the validity of his letter of divorce), his ojection is null and void. Ib. ערר הוא וכ׳ ע הוא משנישאת it is all the same whether he objects after she has remarried or before it. Y. Keth.
