קנישקין (ar. קנישקנין m. pl. (comp. of פדי. a. שקי) drinking tubes, a cup with tubes for several personns to drink from. Sabb. 62b (expl. יקרזמ, Am. VI, 6) רמא דח ׳ק one authority says, it means k'nishkonim. Ib. ׳קב התש ׳כו he drank from k., and he (Rabbah) did not object to it (as an enjoyment forbidden after the destruction of the Temple). Ab. Zar. 72b ירש ׳ק it is permitted to drink from k. at the same time with a gentile.
