Dear Mr. Jayne:—

With many Easter-greetings, to you and to your exquisite wife—would I had skill to sing my thought of her!—I send herewith the volumes you honoured me by saying you would accept. I have inscribed them to you, but Mrs. Jayne will know that they are, from my heart, also her's, and that your united interest and sympathy in my work and in the things I value most, has meant more to me than I can put into words.

Edward joins me in all, and I remain

Yours faithfully ever,

Florence Earle Coates
