The early education of Ralph Anzano was received in his native land, where he attended the public elementary and high schools, but in 1903, when he was a lad of fifteen years, he came to this coun- try, and it was here that his education was completed. After preparing for col- lege in the Harlem Preparatory School, he became a student in Valparaiso Uni- versity, where he completed a general course. In 1911 he removed to New York City, where he found employment in a phamaceutical concern. Four years later, in 1915, he entered the College of Jersey City, from which he was graduated as a pharmacist in 1918. In 1919 he purchased the busi- ness of Joseph Anrig, druggist, of West Hoboken, New Jersey, and since that time has been successfully engaged in de- veloping that enterprise. His thorough knowledge of his business and his sound business methods are bringing him an ex- tensive patronage, and his establishment Is recognized as one of the first-class con- cerns of its kind in the city. Politically Mr. Anzano has been especially active. He casts his vote independently and gives his support to all measures which he con- siders to be wisely planned for the pub- lic good, irrespective of political organ- ization. He is a member of the North Hudson Pharmaceutical Association and of the State Pharmaceutical Association. His fraternal affiliation is with the Knights of Columbus, of Weehawken, and his religious affiliation is with the Catholic church of West Hoboken. On August 10, 1916, at Union Hill, New Jersey, Ralph Anzano married Concet- tina DeRiso, daughter of Mauro DeRiso, who 1s engaged in business as a contrac- tor, and of Victoria DeRiso, both of whom are living. Mr. and Mrs. Anzano are the parents of one son, Octavius, born September 5, 1917. FALCONE, Michele, Business Man.
