The Trial of a New Society

By Justus Ebert

A great book on a big subject. Showing that the court cases of Ettor and Giovannitti growing out of the great Lawrence textile strike were concerned not so much with their guilt or innocence, but that it was the worker's idea of a new society that stood trial.

Most interestingly written, containing an authoritative account of the stirring action of this great conflict.
