SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 04
Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mayantoc, Tarlac in session duly assembled That:
Sec. 1. That the amount of SIX HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS (P693,985.00) from the Local Government Support Equalization Fund (LGSEF) be appropriated as follows: 1. Multi-Purpose Pavement (MPP) at Brgy. San Jose P100,000.00 2. Multi-Purpose Pavement (MPP) at Brgy. Carabaoan 100,000.00 3. Medicines 300,000.00 4. Construction of Public Cemetery Chapel 133,983.00 5. Construction of Police Sub-Station (infront of MCES) 60,000.00 TOTAL: P693,9855.00
Sec. 2. This Supplemental Budget shall take effect upon approval.
