ITEM ordeigne eft qe nul autre fubget du dit Roialme gardant et fuftentant ces ordinances nencourge aucune forfeiture de vie de membre de terres heritage ne de biensdevers le Roinautre per- fone quelconqe ne ne perde eftat ne faveur par caufe de les fufditz chofes ordenes ne lui ne fes fteirs ne purront ne deverorit eftre reprovez difFa- ftieez nempefcheez par aucuns des ditz caufes en aucune temps avenir. ITEM, it is accorded, That none other Subject of the faid Realm, keeping and fuftaining thefe Ordinances, fhall incur any Forfeiture of Life and Member, of Lands, of Heritage, nor of Goods, againft the King, nor none other Perfon, nor lofe Eftate nor Favour becaufe of the faid Things ordain- ed, nor his Heirs may not nor ought not to be re- proved, defamed, nor impeached by any of the faid Caufes at any Time hereafter. And if any Perfon, of whatfoever Eftate or Condition that he be, by any Manner, attempt or do any Thing againft the faid Ordinances, or any Thing comprifed in them, the fame Perfon fhall be brought to anfwer in the Manner as aforefaid; and if he be thereupon attaint- ed or convict, he fhall be put out of the King's Pro- tection, and punifhed after the Form of the faid Sta- tute made the faid xxvii Year.' ITEM, If any Perfon malicioufly or falfly make any Purfuit againft any Perfon of the faid R.ealm, for Caufe comprifed in thefe prefent Ordinances, and thereof be duly attainted ; fuch Plaintiff fhall be duly punifhed at the Ordinance of the King and his Coun- cil ; and neverthelefs he fhall make Gree and Amends to the Party grieved by his Purfuit. And to the Intent that the faid Ordinances, and every of the fame, for the Eafe, Quietnefs, and Wealth of the Commons, be the better fuftained, executed, and kept; and that all thofe that have offended, or fhall offend againft thefe Ordinances, by Profecutions, Accufations, De- nunciations, Citations, or other Procefs made or to be made out of, the faid Realm or within, or other- wife againft any Manner of Perfon of the faid Realm, ET fi aucune perfone face malicioufement ou faufement aucun purfuite encountre perfone quelconqe du dit Roialme pur caufe comprife en ces prefentes ordenances et de ceo foit duement attaint foit tiel pleintif duement puniz a lordenance du Roi ou de fon corifail et nientmeyns face gree et la- mende a la partie qe a eftee grevee par fa pleinte.
