(3) Neverthclefs, of his fpecial Grace, by Authority aforefaid, granteth to them Power, which of old Time had no Day to hold their Fair or Market but only upon the Feftival Days aforefaid, to hold by the fame Authority and Strength of his old Grant, within Three Days next before the faid Feafts, or next after, Proclamation firft made to the fimple common People, upon which D..y the aforefaid Fair fnall be holden, always to be certified, without any Fine or Fee to be taken to the King's Ufe. (4) and they which of old Time have, by fpecial Grant, fufficient Days before the Feafts aforefaid, or after, fhall in like Manner as is afore faid, hold their Fairs and Markets the full Number of their Days, the faid Feftival Days and Sundays, and Good-Fridays, (ex- cept.'
