4 People, contrary to the Form and Effect of the faid good Act and Statute made in the faid fourth Year of ' the King's moft noble Reign:' (2) Be it therefore enacted by Authority of this prefent Parliament, That Licences and all fuch Licences and Placards heretofore had, made or granted, to any fuch Perfon or Perfons, contrary to Placards made ta the true Meaning, Form, and Effect of this Statute, (hall be from henceforth, by Authority of this prefent p awkc '^, f n r L Parliament, cleaily void and of none effect.
