D. 1533, the King and Crown, and other the Premiffes, fhall be to the Iffue Female between your Majefty and your faid moft dear Queen Anne his an( 4 entirely beloved Wife Queen Anne begotten, that is to fay, firft to the eldeft Iffue Female, which is the Lady Elizabeth, now Princefs, and to the Heirs of her Body lawfully begotten, and for Default offuch Iffue, then to the fecond Iffue Female, and to the Heirs of her Body lawfully begotten, and fo from Iffue Fe- male to Iffue Female, and to the Heirs of their Bodies one after another, by Courfe of Inheritance, accord- ing to their Ages, as the Crown of England hath been accuftomed, and ought to go, in Cafes when there ba Heirs Females to the fame ; and for Default of fuch Iffue, then the faid Imperial Crown, and all other the Premiffes, {hall be in the right Heirs of your Highnefs for ever. Cafes of High Treafon ; (5) and that alio every fuch Offender, being convict as is aforefaid, fliall lofe and forfeit to your Highnefs, and to your Heirs, Kings of this Realm, ail fuch Manors, Lands, Tenements, Rents, Annuities and Hereditaments, which they had in Poffeffion as Owners, or were fole feized of by or in any Right, Title or Means, or any other Perfon or Perfons had to their Ufe, of any Eftate of Inheri- tance, at the Day of fuch Treafons and Offences by them committed and done; (6) and {hall alfo lofe and forfeit to your Highnefs, and to your faid Heirs, as well all manner fuch Eftates of Freehold and Interefts for Years of Lands and Rents, as all their Goods, Chattels and Debts, which they had at the Time of The Rights of Conviction or Attainder of any fuch Offence : (7) Saving always to every Perfon and Perfons, and Bodies « tthe Offend- Politick, to their Heirs, Affigns and Succeffors, and every of them, other than fuch Perfons as fhall be fo ers, faved. convict, and their Heirs and Succeffors, and all other claiming to their Ufes, all fuch Right, Title, Ufe, Intereft, Poffeffion, Condition, Rents, Fees, Offices, Annuities and Commons, which they_ or any of them {hall happen to have in, to or up-s-ii any fuch Manors, Lands, Tenements, Rents, Annuities or He- reditaments, that {hall folrappexL-terlje loft and forfeit by reafon of Attainder for any the Treafons and Of- fences above rehearfed, at any Time before the faid Treafons and Offences committed. Immunity of any manner of Sanctuaries within this Realm, or elfewhere within any the King's Domi- nions, but fhall utterly lofe and be excluded of the fame ; any Ufe, Cuftom, Grant, Prefcription, Confir- mation, or any other Thing or Things to the contrary thereof in any wife notwithstanding. Who (hall have XI.
