That the Bowyers, Fletchers, Stringers and Ar- Fletehers, &c. row _head- makers, repairing and reforting unto the faid City or the Suburbs of the fame, and there making Commandment" their Dwelling or Abiding, being not Freemen of the faid City, bearing neither Scot nor Lot within the faid fhall dwell elfe. Aliens fhall not IX. Be it alfo enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That no Stranger born out of the King's Obdfance, convey Bows or no t being Denizen, fhall convey or do to be conveyed, give, fell or exchange fnto any Parts out of the Arrows beyond . j£[ n g>,.
