Comforters, Abettors, Procurers and Counfellors, being therein convicted or attainted, according- to the Laws and Statutes of this Realm, fhall be deemed and adjudged High Traytors, and fhall fuffer Pains o' Death, and lofe and forfeit all their Goods and Chattels, Lands and Tenements to the King, as in Cafe; of High Treafon. VII.
