Keeping fecret XX. Provided alfo, and be it declared and enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That Concealment, or High Treafon is keeping fecret any High Treafon, fhall be from henceforth adjudged, deemed and taken Mifprifion of Mifprifion of Treafon, and the Offender therein fhall forfeit and fuffer as in Cafes of Mifprifion of Treafon, as heretofore Treafon. ^^ , een u f e( i . an y Thing above mentioned to the contrary notwithftanding.
