And that all and every coloured Cloth and Clothes, which after the faid Feaft fhall be made within Coloured the faid Shires laft remernbred, or elfewhere of like Sorts, commonly called Handy-warps, ot what Length they fhall happen to be, fhall be in Breadth out of the Water, throughout and by all the whole Cloth, as is laft remernbred, and lifted as they have been accuftomed, and being well fcowred, thicked, milled and fully dried, every Yard of every fuch Cloth fir:.!! weigh three Pound at the leaft.
