V. And if any of the faid Minifters, Collectors or Bailiffs Accomptant, upon or after any fuch Precept The Penalty or Precepts at any Time hereafter made by any fuch Receiver, and being delivered and left in Form afore- "here an Ac- comstant ma- keth Default of pcarancc or jment. be anfwered, fhall for the firft Offence Iofe and forfeit to the King our Sovereign Lord his whole Fee for that Year wherein he fhall fo make Default, or the Value thereof ; (2) and for Non-payment of the faid Money due and payable at or before the faid Feaft of E after unto our faid Sovereign Lord the King, within or by reafon of his faid Office, Collection or Bailiwick, fhall lofe and forfeit for the firft Offence of Non- payment vi. d. of the Pound, in the Name of a Pain, for every Month after the faid Day of Appearance, until the fame Money fhall be by him or his Deputy paid to the Hands of the faid Receiver, to the King's Majefty's Ufe. Vi.
