And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and lingular Juftices of Peace, Juf- tices of Affile, Juftices of Oyer and Determiner, and all and lingular Mayors, Bailiti's and Juftices of P within any City, Borough or Town Corporate in any Parts within this Realm, within the Limits of their Comnvffion or Commiffions. fhall have full Power and Authority by Virtue of this Ad, after the faid x. . , .
