Q t Apprenticefhip be made by Writing indented, and inrolled in the Town where the fame Apprentice fhall be then inhabiting, if it be a Town Corporate ; and if the Town be not incorporate, then to be inrolled in the next town incorporate to the Habitation of every fuch Apprentice: (3) And that the Officers of every fuch Town Corporate fhall take for every fuch Inrolment not above twelve Pence; any Law, Statute or other Matter whatfoever to the contrary notwithftanding. A Repeal of XIII. And be it further enacted, That fo much of the Statute made in the fifth and fixth Years of the Part of the Stat. ] ate King Edward the Sixth, intituled, ' An Act againft Regrators, Foreftallers and IngroiTers,' and fo much 5 & 6 rnadea- °^ a " ot her Eftatutes againft Regrators, Foreftallers and Ingroffers, as doth and may concern the Buying g'ainft Regrators, of Sea-fifh unfalted or Mud-fifh, or any Wine, Oil or Salt, to be taken and brought in any Englijh Sub- &c. jects Ship-, Crayers or other Vcflel, unto any Port, Creek or Place of this Realm, fhall from henceforth to all Intents, Constructions and Purpofes, be utterly repealed and void, for fo much of the faid Oils, Wine, Sea-fifh, Mud-fifh and Salt, as any Buyer or Buyers upon the Sea, by way of Foreftalling or Re- grating, fhall and do bring and difcharge in any Port or Haven within this Realm.
