Conce liflgOT not dil doling a Bull or Recon- uliation offered FacSt and committing of the faid Offence or Offences, fhall be deemed and adjudged High Traitors to the Queen and the Realm; (5) and being thereof lawfully indicted and attainted according to the Courfe of the Laws of this Realm, fhall fuffer Pains of Death, and alfo lofe and forfeit all their Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, Goods and Chattels, as in Cafes of High-Treafon by the Laws of this Realm ought to be loft and forfeited. IV. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every Aiders, Comforters or Maintainors of any the faid Offender or Offenders, after the committing of any the faid Acts or Offences, to the Intent to fet forth, uphold or allow t':e Doing or Execution of the faid ufurped Power, Jurifdidtion or Authority, touching or concerning the Premiffes, or any Part thereof, fhall incur the 1 ains and Penalties contained in the Statute of Praemunire made in the iixteenth Year of the Reign of King Richard the Second. V. Provided always, and be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Perfon or Perfons, to whom any fuch Abfolution, Reconciliation, Bull, Writing or Inftrument as is aforefaid, fhall after the faid firft Day of July be offered, moved or periwaded to be u'ed, put in Ure or executed, £hall conceal the fame Offer, Motion or PerfwaCon, and not difclofe and fignify the fame by Writing or otherwife, within fix Weeks then next following, to fofne of the Queen's Majefty's Privy Council, or elfe to the 'Prefideiit or Vice-Prefldent of the Queen's Majefty's Council eftabljfhed in the North Parts, or in the Marches of Wales, for the Time being, that then the fame Perfon or Perfons fo concealing and not dif- cicfing, or not fignifying the faid Offer,- Motion or Perfw-ffion, fhall incu;' the Lofs, Danger, Penalty and Forfeiture of MifpriTion of High Treafon : VI. And that no Perfon or Perfons fiiall at any Time hereafter be impeached, molefted or troubled in or for Mifprifion of Treafon, for any Offence or Offences made Treafon by this Act, other than fuch as by this A£t are before declared to be in cafe of Mifprifion of High Treafon. Bringing into VII. Rome, or from any Perfon or Perfons authorized or claiming Authority by or from the faid Eiihop or See of Rome, to confed- erate or hallow the fame; (which faid Agnus Dei is ufsd to be fpecklly hallowed rn! confecrated, as it is termed, by the laid Bifhop in his own Perfon, and the faid CroiTes, Pictures, Beads and fuch like iuperfti- tious Things been aifo hallowed either by the fame Bifhop, or by o.kers having Power or pretending to have Power for the fame by or from him or his faid See; and divers Pardons, Immunities and Exemptions granted by the Authority of the faid Sec to f ich a'- lhall receive and ufe the fime :) (2) And that if the fame Perfon or Perfons fo bringing in, as is aforefaid, fuch Agnus Di and other like Things as have been before ■Specified, faail deliver, or caufe or offer to be delivered the fame, or any of them, to any Subject: of this Realm, or of any the Dominions of the fame, to be worn or ufed in any wife : (3) That then as well the fame Perfon and Perfons fo doing, as alfo all and every other Perfon or Perfons which fhall receive and take the fame, to the Intent to life or wear the fame, being thereof lawfully convicted and attainted by the Order of the Common Laws of this Realm, fhall incur the Dangers, Penalties, Pains and Forfeitures ordained and provided by the Statute of Praemunire and Provifion made in the iixteenth Year of the Reign of King 16 R. 1.. c. s- Richard the Second. Apprehending an VIII. Provided neverthelefs, and be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any Perfon or Offender, or- Perfons, to whom any fuch Agnus Dei or other the Things aforefaid, fhall be tendred and offered to be de- difciofing his jeered, lhall apprehend the Party [o offering the fame, and bring him to the next Juflice of Peace of that Name. Shire where fuch Tender lhall be made, li lie fnall be of Power and f.blc fo to do, or for Lack of fuch Ability, fhall within the Space of three Days next after fuch Offer made as is aforefaid, difclofe the Name and Names of fuch Perfon or Perfons as fo fhall make the fame Offer, and the DwelJing-places, or Place of Refort of the fame Perfon or Perfons (which he fhall endeavour himfeif to know by all the W ays and Means he can) to the Ordinary of that Dioccfe, or to any Juftice of Peace of that Shire where fuch Perfon or Perfons to
