Arid be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That there fliall lv > Inrolment aforefaid, which fliall be and continue an Office for ever, called the f I Writs for Fines and Recoveries,: (2) And that the Julliccs of the Common (other than the Chief Juftice) fhall have and take th i Care and Ch andfhall have and enjoy the (aid Office and the Difoofition thereof, an I carefully I cution thereof : (3) And in Confideration of their Charges, Pain and Travel therein, (hi the Sums of Money hereafter following and no more ; that is to fay, for th -. Inrolment and Examin 1 io every Fine and the Parts thereof before-mentioned, the Sun of fix Shillin :) And for th Inrolment of the (aid Parts of every Recovery and the Examination thereof, fix Shill (5} it And for every Exemplification of the Inrolment of any Fine live Shillings : (6) And for the bxemplifi and Returns of every Writ of Entry, Summons ad Warrantizands, and Warrants, five Shillings : for the Search of the Rolls of one Year four Pence: (S) And for the Copy of on • Sheet of Pap r tog fourteen Lines, four Pence : (9) And that the laid Juftices or one of them (hall examine the [nrolmcats of every fuch Fine and Parts of Recoveries, and forthwith alter Examination thereof, and immedial the Inrolment of every fuch Fine and Parts of Recoveries, write his N ame that fo examineth with hi Hand in the Roll thereof ; (10) upon Pain that the faid Juftices fhall forfeit to our Sov< Queen's Majefty the Sum of five Pounds, for every Time that they or (bine or one of them (hall m I I fault of fuch Examination or Writing of his or their Name as afore is faid : (n) And that it fhall and ma] be lawful to and for the Juftices of the faid Court of Common Pleas, from Time to Time to take ( )rdcr in ■ all Things that fhall be convenient and needful for the Inrolment-. aforefaid, and upon Examination in the ' faid Court, to alTcfs fuch Fine or Amerciament upon any Clerk, Sheriff, Deputy, Attorney and other P 1 - fon, for his and their Milprifion, Contempt and Negligence for not doing or mifdoing in any Thing, . in or concerning the ("aid Fines and Recoveries, or any Part of them or either of them, as by the faid Juf- tices of the faid Court of Common Fleas for the Time being fliall be thought meet and convenient : ( 12) The faid Fine and Amerciament to be eftreated amongll other Fines and Amerciaments of that Couit where fuch Offence or Mifprifion fhall be committed. VII. And be it further enacted by the Authority of this prcfent Parliament, That the Chirographer of t Fines of the Common 1 leas for the Time being for ever fliall write and make, or caufe to be written and • made, for every County where her Majefty's Writ runneth, one 'Fable, wherein (hall be contained fuch j?' ,-',v'^ r 1 - et Contents of every Fine that fhall pais in anyone Term, as hereafter is mentioned; that is to fay, The .' Name of the County wherein the Tenements mentioned in any Fine be, the Name of every Plaintiff and mon Plea., and Deforciant, and of" every Manor named in the Fine, if any fuch be, and of the Towns and Places where the Tenements in fuch Fine comprifed do lie : (2) And the firft Day of the next Term after the ingrofl of every fuch Fine fhall fix every of the faid Tables upon fome open Place in the Court of Common Pl< . and fo every Day of the faid Term, during the Time of fitting of the faid Court : (3) And that the faid Chirographer fhall deliver to every Sheriff of every County, his Under-Sheriff or Deputy, fair written in Parchment, a perfect Content of the Table fo to be made for that Shire, in the Term that fhall next before the Affixes be holden in the faid County, or elfe meane between that Term and the faid Aflizes ; (4J An) that every fuch Sheriff to whom fuch Parchments with the Contents aforefaid fhall be delivered, the firft Day of the next Affizcs after the Delivery thereof unto him, and every Day during the faid A fuzes, lh dl fix and fet up the fame Writing undefaccd, in fome open Place in the Court where the Juftices of the Af- fize of that County fhall fit, and fhall fee the fame to continue there during fuch Time as the laid Tuftii fhall fit there in Court ; (5) upon Pain that every Chirographer and Sheriff offending againft any Thing in this Act contained, fhall forfeit to our Sovereign Lady the Queen's Majefty the hum of five Pounds, the one Moiety whereof fhall be to the Queen's Majefty, her Heirs and Succclfors, and the other Moiety to him or them that will fue for the fame in any Court of Record ; wherein no Effoin, Protection or WagafTl of Law fhall be allowed : (b) And that the Chirographer for the Time being (hall have and take for ecry ? h .'.
