IV. Provided alfo. That if any Perfon or Child, fo pafiing or fent, or now being beyond the Sea, fhall after his Return into this Realm conform himfelf to this Religion eftabliihed in the Church of England, and receive the Sacrament of the Lord his Supper, according to the Statutes made for or concerning Con- formity in other Cafes required from Popifh Recufants, for and during fuch Time as he or ihe ihall fo continue in fuch Conformity and Obedience, according to the trite Intent and Meaning of the fkid Laws . and Statutes, fliall have his or her Lands reftored to them again.
