And it is hereby further enafted and declared. LXVII. Provided always, That where any Part of the Churches or Church-yards of any of the faid Parifh-Churches hereby appointed to be rebuilt and continued, have been thought fit by the Mayor and Court of Aldermen of the (aid City, to be laid into any of the Streets within the faid City for Inlaigcment thereof; and by Order of the faid Mayor and Court of Aldermen, ihall have been before the five and twentieth Day of March one thoufand fix hundred and fevcnty, flaked and fet out accordingly : It is hereby further enadted and declared. That the Grounds fo flaked out fhall be made Ufe of for the Inlarging of the faid Streets, according as the fame were for that Purpofe flaked and fet out as aforefaid; this prefent Adt, or any Thing therein contained, to the contraiy notwithflanding. LXVIII. Provided always, and it is hereby enadied and declared. That this Adl, or any Thing therein contained, fliall """'""'"'■'f^f^ not extend or he confl:rued to deprive the prefent Incumbents, which at the Time of the faid late Fire were tentTo/"^"™" or now are in PofTeffion of any of the faid Parifh-Churches not to be rebuilded, or any of them, of the churches rot Tithes or other Profits heretofore belonging to their refpedlive Churches, fo long as they fhall affift in to be rebuilded., ferving the Cure, and other OiHces belonging to their Duty in the Parifh-Church whereunto their refpec- tive Pariflies fhall be united and annexed by Virtue of this Adl, according to the Diredlion of the Ordi-' nary, any Thing in this prefent Adl contained to the contrary notwithflanding : (2) Saving to the King's Majefty, his Heirs and SuccefTors, the Tenths and Firfl-fruits of all fuch Parifh-Churches as by Force of Corporate, Ecclefiaftical and Civil, their Heirs and SuccefTors, all Penfions, Ann^uities and Payments whatfoever, heretofore due from and payable by any of the Redlors, Vicars and Curates of any of the faid Churches united or confoiidated as aforefaid; any Thing in this prefent Adl notwithflanding. LXX. Provided alv/ays. That it fhall and may be lawful to and for the Warden and Minor Canons of Sai?it Paul's Church London, Parfon and Proprietors of the Redlory of the Parifn of Saint Grcgories afore- faid, to receive and enjoy all Tithes, Oblations and Duties arifmg or grov/ing due within the faid Parifh, jn as large and beneficial Manner as formerly they have or lawfully might have done; any Thing herein to to the contrary notwithflanding. - LaaI.
