' the Inhabitants of this Kingdom, to have Knights and Burgeffes in the faid High Court of Parliament of ' their ov/n Eleftion, to reprefent the Condition of their County, as the Inhabitants of other Counties,, ' Cities and Boroughs of this Kingdom have;' (z) Wherefore may it pleafe your Majefty, that may bet enafted, and he it enafted by the King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice-and Affent of the Xiords Spiritual and Temporal, and the Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Au- thority of the fame.
