All Perfons whofe Parents were Subje£ls born out of the King's Dominions be- tween the 15th of June 1641. and the 24th of Alarch 1660. declared natural-born SubjeiSs. Such Perfons' fliall within ihven Years receive the Sacrament, and within one Month after take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy. And have no Benefit of this A& till Proof thereof made by Certificate and Witnelfles. Upon Proof v/hereof by Certificate and Witnefles, fuch Perfon may prove his Qualification viva voce, and have a Certificate thereof under Seal of the Court. EXP. CAP. VII. XT ^ -"^ the better Obfervation and keeping Holy the Lord's Day, commonly called Sunday ; fz) Beit J^ enacted by the ICing's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lord? Spi- ritual and Tensporal, and of the Commons, in this prefent Parliament afiembled, and by the Authority of 3 Car. I. c. I. the fame. That all the Laws enafted and in Force concerning the Obfervation of the Lord's Day, and re- pairing to the Church thereon, be carefully put in Execution; (3) and that all and every Perfon and Per- fons whatfoever, fliall on every Lord's Day apply tliemfelves to the Obfervation of the fame, by exercifing Tradefmep, themfelves thereon in the Duties of Piety and true Religion, publickly and privately; (4) and that no Artificers and Tradcfman, Artificer, Workman, Labourer, or other Perfon whatfoever, fliall do or exercife any worldly Labourers. Labour, Bufinefs or Work of their ordinary Callings, upon the Lord's Day, or any Part thereof (Works of Neceffity and Charity only excepted ;) (?) and that every Perfon being of the Age of fourteen Years or upwards, offending in the Premifles, fliall for every fuch Ofi^ence forfeit the Sum of five Shillings; (b) None (hall cry and that no Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, fhall publickly cry, fliew forth, or expofe to Sale, any Wares, orexpofeto Merchandizes, Fruit, Herbs, Goods or Chattels whatfoever, upon the Lord's Day, or any Part thereof.
