Kingdom of England^ Dominion of Wales, or Town of Berwick upon Tweed, he or they fhall forfeit the fame, and fifty Pounds of lawful Money of England more for every Cafk he or they fhall fo unduly land, or put on board any VefTel, to be recovered in any of his Majefty's Courts of Record, by Information^ Bill, or Plaint ; the one Moiety of which Forfeiture fhall be to the Ufe of the King's and Queen's moft excellent Majefties, the other Moiety to the Informer or Profecutor.
