And it is hereby enafted. That all and every Sum and Sums of Money, fo to be borrowed, not How to be re- exceeding as aforefaid, together with Intereft for the fame, not exceeding the Rate of five Pounds per paid. | Centum per Annum, to be paid every three Months, until Satisfaftion of the Principal, fhall be payable and fatisfied unto the refpeftive Lender or Lenders of the fame, his, her, or their Executors, Admini- ". ftrators, or Afligns, out of the Monies which fliall afterwards arife and be brought into the Exchequer by or I for Contributions or Confideration Monies upon this Aft, fo far as the fame will extend ; and in cafe the ' Money fo arifing by this Aft fhall not be fufRcient for the paying thereof, then the faid Loans, which fliall remain unfatisfied, and the Intereft of the fame, fliall be paid and fatisfied out of the next Aids or Sup- plies to be granted to,His Majefty in Parliament, and fhall be transferred and transferrable thereunto, as j foon as any fuch Aid or Supply fliall be granted to His Majefty ; and if no fuch Aids or Supplies fliall be ' granted to His Majefty before the twentieth Day of February, which fhall be in the Year of our Lord one thoufand fix hundred ninety and five, then the faid Sum and Sums of Money fo to be borrowed, not | exceeding as aforefaid, and the Intereft thereof, fliall be payable and be paid and fatisfied to the faid Lender 9 & 'o w. 3. ; or Lenders, his, her, or their Executors, Adminiftrators, or Affigns refpeftively, by and out of any of i'/^ i/^y. -. i His Majefty's Treafure, which from thenceforth fliall come into, be, or remain in the Receipt of his c. 3, §.
