" ' III. And it is further enacfed by the Authority aforefaid. Difabilities which fuch Offender fliould or would have incurred, if he had been convidled of writing con- trary to the faid Afcs, or any of them, the Entry of any Plaint or Aifion, or any Writ, Bond, or other; ' Writing, Matter, or Thing on Vellum, Parchment, or Paper, not marked or flamped according to the faid A6ls, nor having any Stamp or Mark thereon refembling any of the Marks or Stamps in the faid Acis-- or any of them mentioned. No Penalty, &c. IV. Provided always, and be it further enafled by the Authority aforefaid. That no Officer fhall be for Things writ- fQtijcil: to any the Penalties, Forfeitures, Difabilities, or Incapacities in this or any of the faid former ten in a Booker ^Q.^ mentioned, for writing or csufing to be written any of the Matters or Things aforefaid, in any Book &c, ^^ .^^jj without any Marks or Stamps thereon, which fhall have been firft fhewn to and figned by the Commiffioners for the Time being, appointed to put the faid A^iSfs in Execution, or any three or more of them, or fome Officer or Officers by them, or the major Part of them, for that Purpofe au- thorized and impowered, to fignify his or their Leave of Approbation, that the Matters and Things to be written in fuch Book or Roll, may be therein written without any Marks or Stamps thereon, fo as the Perfon or perfons, having the Cuftody of fuch Book or Roll, do from Time to TimiC (when and as often as he or they fliall be thereto required) permit the faid Com.miffioners, or any of them, or any Officer or Agent by them, or the major Part of them, for that Purpofe appointed, to infpeif and view fuch Book or Roll, and do alfo (from Time to Time, when and as often as he or they fliall be thereto required by the faid Commiffioners, or the major Part of them, or any other by them or the major Part of them authorifed)pay unto the Receiver General for the Time being of the faid Duties, or fuch other Officer or Perfon bs the faid Commiffioners, or the major Part of them., fliall appoint to receive the fame, all fuch Sum and Sums of Money which, according to the true Intent and Meaning of the faid Acfs, or ' jiny of them, ought to be paid, in refpeft of all and every fuch Matters and Things as fliall be written ' in fuch Book or Roll ; any thing herein or in any of the faid former Ails contained to the contrary thereof fiotwithitanding. y.
