All it is hereby enabled and declared, That all the Monies arifing, as aforefaid, of or for the to be a General faid feveral and rcfpe£i:ive Rates and Duties upon Low Wines and Spirits of the firft Extradlion, and the Fu-nd. fjjj Dutiej payable by Hawkers, Pedlars, Petty Chapmen, and others, as aforefaid, and the Duties upon Sweets, and the faid Duties upon ftampt Vellum, Parchment, and Paper, hereby appointed to be paid weekly into the Exchequer, as aforefaid, and the faid additional Subfidy, and the (aid Sum not exceeding, thirty-five thoufand Pounds hereby directed to be referved out of the Contribution-money, as aforefaid, and the fiid refpeftive Overplus Monies of the faid former Annuity Funds, hereby appointed to be com- puted and applied for fuch feveral and refpe6live Times, and in fuch Manner as are before-mentioned, and every of them, or fo much of the faid feveral Rates, Subfidies, and Duties, Contribution-money, and Overplus-money, as'fhall be fufficient for anfwering the full and due Payment of all the Annuities to be purchafed on this Aft, and all Arrearages thereof from time to time incurred according to the true Pvdean- ing of this Aft, are, and fhall be the general Fund for Payment of the fame, and are and fliall be liable thereunto, and {hall not be diverted or divertibls to any other Ufe, Intent or Purpofe whatfoever, un- der the Penalties, Forfeitures, and Difabilities in this Aft expreffed.
