That in Cafe any Watchman, or any other Perfon or Perfons fhall other killed in happen to be killed by any fuch Burglar or Houfe-breaker, endeavouring to apprehend, or in making Purfuit of Houfe- Purfuit after him or them, that then the Executors or Adminiftrators, or fuch Perfon or Perfons to whom tutor "at'^?"
