That this prefent Parliament, or any other Parliament nut Parliament which {hall hereafter be fummoned and called by her Majefty Queen' anne, her Heirs or Sue- to bed.irolvedby cefTors, fhall not be determined or diffolved by the Death or Demife of her {aid Majefty, her Heirs or Queen's Death. SuccefTors, but fuch Parliament fhall, and is hereby enabled to continue, and is hereby impowered and required, if fitting at the Time of fuch Demiie, immediately to proceed to adt, notwithftandiiig fuch Death or Demife, for and during the Term of fix Months, and no longer, unlefs the fame be fooner pro- gyf continue t'oi rogued or diffolved by fuch Perfon to whom the Crown of this Realm of Great Britain fnall come, remain 6.
