XIV. And be it enafted by the Authority aforefaid. Cafe, and not otherwife, the fame Duties fo paid, fhall, without any Delay or Reward, be wholly repaid out of any the Duties on imported Commodities by this Aft granted, or the Security offuch of the faid Duties as fliall be fecured, fhall be vacated (on a Debenture or Debentures, regularly certified and fworn to) as to fo much of the faid Raifins, Nutmegs, Cloves, Mace, and Cinnamon, or Snuff, as fhall be fo exported ; any Thing in this Aft contained to the contrary notwithftanding. New Duties how XVI. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That the faid new Duties upan Raifins, to be levied. Nutmegs, Cloves, Mace, Cinnamon, and Snuff, .by this Aft impofed, during the faid whole Term of

for the Ufes and Purpofes in this Aft expreffed, by fuch Rules, Ways, Means and Methods, and under fuch other Penalties and Forfeitures, and fubjeft to fuch Allowance for Damage, as the other Duties upon the fame Goods refpeftively are, by any Law or Statute now in Force, to be afcertained, fecured, raifed,. levied, recovered or anfwered, during the Continuance thereof refpeftively. And for preventing the Frauds which may be praftifed in unfhipping, to be landed, anyPep^- any uncuftomed per, Raifins, Mace, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmegs, Snuff, or any other Sort of Goods whatfoever, fub- Goods, unfhip- ju(3; to the Payment of Duties, without paying the fame, as alfo to hinder the Importation of any Sort of ped without pay- prohibited Goods into Great Britain; Be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. Part of Great Britain, then not only the faid uncuftomed and prohibited Goods fhall be forfeited and loft,, but alfo the Perfons who fhall be affifting, or otherwife concerned in the unfhipping the faid prohibited and uncuftomed Goods, or to whofe Hands the fame fhall knowingly come, after the unfliipping thereof, fliall forfeit Treble the Value thereof, together with the Veffels and Boats, and all the Horfes, and other FartherProviii- Cattle and Carriages whatfoever, made ufe of in the landing, removing.
