"* '" '; t er Annum, or thereabouts, founded upon the .. 3 Geo. 1. c, 7. ■ Rate of five Pounds per Centum per Annum, amounting to five thoufand five hundred and fifteen Pounds • twelve Shillings per Annum, or thereabouts, payable for the Service of the Navy and Victualling thereof, S Geo. i„ c. i. ^ by a Claufe in the Aft for the Land-tax of the 'fifth Year of his Majefty's Reign ; and the faid Annuity ^ of twenty-three Pounds eight Shillings and three Pence Farthing per Annum, founded on the faid Aft ^ for the Relief of Edward Clen are all payable by the Cafhier of the Bank of England for the Time being, out of Money imprefted to him at the Receipt of the Exchequer for that Purpofe ; and all the Annuities I fo payable by the faid Cafhier, or Shares in joint Stocks for the fame, are affignable or transferable, in ^ Books kept at the publick Office of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England, in the Manner and Form prefcribed by feveral Afts of Parliament in that Behalf, and are devifeable by Wills entred or 'notified in die Books there kept for that Purpofe :' Now it is hereby further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That fuch Perfons or Corporations refpeftively, as by the faid Books, Regifters or Entries kept: m the faid publick Office of the Bank of England fhall appear to be the Perfons or Corporations entitled to any iuch Annuities laft mentioned, at the Time or refpeftive Times when the fame fhall be taken in by fuch Purchafe, Suhfcriptions or paying off as aforefaid, purfuant to this Aft, fhall be deemed and adjudged the true and lawful Proprietors of the lame Annuities refpeftively, and of the proportional Shares of Stock created for the fame ; and that the Accountant' General in the faid publick Office of the Bank of England now being, or that hereafter fhall be, fhall on or before the thirtieth Day of May one thoufand feven hun- dred and twenty tranfmit, or caufe to be tranfmitted in Writing under his Hand, to the Managers and Di- rectors to be conftituted in purfuance of this Aft, or fuch of them as aforefaid, fair Schedules or Lifts, ex- preffing therein every fuch Annuity or Share in Stock for the fame, and the Names and Additions of all the refpeftive Proprietors thereof, and the particular Dutbs and Provifions or Funds charged therewith, as they fhall appear by the faid Books, Regifters or Entries, at the Time of tranfmitting fuch Schedules ; and fhall afterwards, from Time to Time, certify to the faid Managers and Directors fo to be conftituted, or fuch of them as aforefaid, all Alterations or Additions which ought to be made in or to the Schedule laft men- tioned, by any fubfequent Transfers, Wills or Titles which fhall be brought to the faid Office of the' Bank to be entred after tranfmitting the Schedule laft mentioned, until the laid firft Day of March one •thoufand feven hundred and twenty-one, mitrin"Tny"' ir ' r -Pi 1 ' , And k is hcreb y enafted, That no Fee, Gratuity or Reward fhall be demanded or taken of the Schedules..
