An Act for importing Salt from Europe into the Province of Penfllvariia in America. 6. An Act for making more effectual an Act paffed in the third Year of his Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Ac! for the Prefervation and Improvement of the River Wear, and Port and Haven of Sunderland in the County of Durham. 7. An Act for continuing the Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called England ; and for granting to his Majefty certain Duties upon Malt, Mum, Cyder and Perry, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, for the Service of the Year 1727. and for appropriating the Supplies granted in this Seffion of Parliament ; and for making forth Duplicates of Exchequer-Bills, Lottery-Tickets, and Orders loft, burnt, or otherwife deftroyed ; and for giving further Time to Clerks and Apprentices to pay Duties omitted to be paid for their Indentures and Contracts. An Act for enlarging the Times for hearing and deter- mining Claims by the Truftees for raifing Money upon the Eftates of the late Directors of the South-Sea Company and others ; and for Relief of the Creditors of Robert Knight, Efq; late Cafhier of the faid Company, and for Relief of Perfons who have entered Claims for contingent Debts and Incumbrances ; and for giving Time to Ralph Gulflon, and other Creditors of Edward Gibbon, Efq; to enter Claims before the faid Truftees for a Debt fpecified in the Inventory of the faid Edward Gibbon; and for im- powering the Truftees todifmifs Claims for Want of Pro- fecution;and for applying the Produce of the faid Eftates for the Benefit of the South-Sea Company. 23. An Act for the better Regulation of the Woollen Ma- nufacture, and for preventing Difputes among the Perfons concerned therein ; and for limiting a Time for profecu- ting for the Forfeiture appointed by an Act of the twelfth Year of his Majefty's Reign, in Cafe of Payment of the Workmen's Wages in any other Manner than in Money. 24. An Act for allowing further Time to Perfons on board the Fleet, or beyond the Seas in his Majefty's Service, to qualify themfelves for the legal Enjoyment of Ofpces and Employments, and for indemnifying fuch Perfons as have omitted to qualify themfelves within the Time limited for that Purpofe, and for the better afcertaining fuch Time. 30.
