' III. And whereas an Aft of Parliament was made and pafTed in the third Year of your Majefty's 3 Geo. 1, c, 7. '.Reign, intituled, An Ail for redeeming the Duties and Revenues which were fettled to pay off Principal and ' Intereft on the Orders made [forth on four Lottery- Ails paffed in the ninth and tenth Years of her late Majefty's ' Reign ; and for redeeming certain Annuities payable on Orders out of the hereditary Excife, according to a 4 former Ail in that Behalf; and for eftablijhing a general yearly Fund, not only for the future Payment of An-

  • nuities at feveral Rates, to be payable and transferable at the Bank of England, and redeemable by Parlia-
  • ment ; but alfo to raife Money for fuch Proprietors of the faid Orders, as fhall chufe to be paid their Principal
