' Power of the Matters of this Court ; and likewife conceiving that the Bonds, Tallies, Orders and Effects c of the Suitors under the Direction of the faid feveral Matters, then locked up in the Vault of the Bank ' of England in feveral Chefts, under the Care of the faid Mailers reflectively, and of two of the fix Clerks, ' might be as fafely depofited with the Bank of England in the Manner herein after mentioned : And to the ' End that the Money of the Suitors might be fecured for their Ufe and Benefit, with the leaft Charge and ' Inconvenience to them, and that they might receive further Satisfaction in relation thereto, and how the ' fame fhould be applied and difpofed of, their Lordfhips did on the twenty-fixth Day of May lail order and ' direct in the Words following :' Matters &c to " That every Matter of this Court,, together with the faid fix Clerks, do go to the Bank of England, optiuheirChefts " and open their refpective Chefts, and that the faid Matters, together with the faid fix Clerks and one of in the Bank, and " the Cafhiers of the Bank, do make a true and perfect Schedule of all the Bonds, Tallies, Orders and make a Schedule c< jrff ec } s depofited in the faid feveral Chefts, fpecifying their refpective Numbers, Dates and Sums, and and delh^rthem " likewife of the Cafh depofited therein, and do by fuch Schedule deliver over the fame to the Bank of ovenotlieBank.
