C. 32. 595 to or for any of the Suitors of this Court ; w*hich faid Stocks and Securities fuch deficient Matters, as well as the other Mailers, are reflectively to enter in their (aid refpective I! ntks caufewife ; and the Bank is to receive the Intereft, Produce and Dividends of all the laid Securiti •. -., Annuities and Stocks, as alfo the Intereft, Produce and Dividends due or hereafter to be due on all Stocks, Bonds, Tallies, Orders, Annuities and other Securities, whereof any of the Mailers of this Court are now poffeflcd, or hereafter {hall be pofieffed of, in Truft for the Suitors of this Court, or have already declared, or at any Time here- after {hall declare any Truft for any of the laid Suitors ; and that cash Matter of the Court do, from Time to Time, impower one of the Cafhiers of the Bank to receive the fame; and that from Tim Time fuch Intereft, Produce and Dividends {hall beentrcd in the refpedive IVJafter's Ao tunts at the Bank ; and that at lead at the End of every Term, but oftrier if there be Occafion, the Bank (hall certify caufe- wife to each Mafter the feveral Sums fo received, reflectively belonging to the Suitors of this Court, un- der fuch Mailer's refpective Care and Infpcclion, to the Em! that each Mailer may make 1 ics in the refpective Books kept by thcmfelves, and likewife deliver a Copy thereof to the Clerk of the Report- Office, who is forthwith to caufe the fame relpeitively to be entred caufewife in the refpective Ma- iler's Books at the Report-Office: And as to Mortgages, which any of the Mailers of this Court have now fmgly by themfelves, or jointly with others, in Truft for the Suitors of this Court, the particular Truft fhall be indorfed on the Back of the Mortgage Deed, if it be not fo already indorfed, or inferted in the Body of the Deed ; and as to all fuch future Mortgages, the particular Trulls fhall be inferted in the Body of the Mortgage-Deed ; and all Intereft and Pi mcipal to be hereafter paid on all fuch Mortgages, fhall, by the Party paying, be paid into the Bank, in Manner and Form as is herein after directed con- cerning the Payment of Money into the Bank. ' And whereas in and by the laid recited Order it is ordered, That when any Money, Tallies, Orders or Bonds, at or after the hearing of any Caufe, fhould be thereafter taken under the Care and Direction of this Court, the Mailer named by the Order fhould direct the Payment of fuch Money, or the Delivery of fuch Tallies, Orders and Bonds into the Bank, with other Provifions therein contained . Now, for the when Mon»y, explaining and enlarging the faid Part of the faid Order, It is hereby further ordered, That all Monies, *c- '-'< : Tallies, Orders, Bonds, Securities or other Effects of the Suitors of this Court, by any former Order di- " bc f aid in ' reeled to be brought in before, paid or delivered to, any Mafter of this Court, which have not yet been certi^the Date fo paid in or delivered, and alio all Monies, Tallies, Orders, Bonds, Securities and Effects, either be- of die Order* fore, at or after the Hearing of any Caufe to be hereafter directed to be taken under the Care of, or to be &c brought before, or delivered in, or paid to any Mafter of this Court, fhall not be brought before, deli- vered or paid to fuch Mafter ; but when any Security, Sum of Money or other Effects are ready to be de- livered or paid in, in Obedience to any fuch Order, the Mafter to whom the Caufe {lands referred, or to whom, or by whom the Delivery or Payment is directed to be made, {hall, on Application by the Party interefted, his Clerk in Court, or Solicitor in the Caufe, certify the Date of fuch Order, and the Sum of Money, Tallies, Orders, Bonds, Depofits, Securities and other Effects then to be paid or delivered in upon fuch Order, and the Name of the Caufe, to the Account of which the fame is to be placed ; and upon the faid Party's, or his Clerk in Court, or Solicitor's delivering fuch Certificate, and Payment of fuch Money, or delivering of fuch Tallies, Orders, Bonds, Securities or other Effects into the Bank, the fame fhall be entred in the refpective Mailer's Accounts in the Bank, and be under the fame Regulations, as in the faid recited Order, and herein after is prefcribed. ' And whereas, according to the Method prefcribed by the faid recited Order, for the Payment of any Money out of the Bank, belonging to the Suitors of this Court, the Mafter obferving the Regulations in the faid recited Order contained, is by Note under his Hand, to draw on the Bank, for fuch Money as fhall be ordered by this Court to be paid, which Note is to be iirft carried to the Report-Office : Nov/ it Matters Nate is hereby further ordered, That fuch Note fhalj he fo limited to be paid within a Month after Date; and forpajing Mo. that if it be not paid within fuch Time, the Note fhall be void ; and that when fuch Note is carrkd to " ey . out oi the the Report Office, there fhall be alfo carried with it the Order whereby fuch Payment was directed to be u uVin a°Mcr I made, and an Entry fhall be made in the Matter's Book at the faid Office, not only of the faid Note, but afterDate &c. alfo a Memorandum that it was drawn by Virtue of fuch Order, and thereupon an Intratur is to be made, and fuch other Proceedings had, as in the faid recited Order are for that Purpofc prefcribed. ' And whereas by the faid recited Order it is directed, That where Securi.ies depofited or to be depofited with the Bank fhall be delivered out, proper Entries {hall be made thereof in the Mailer's Accounts at the Bank caufewife, of which Entries Certificates fhall be filed in the Report-Office ; but no Proviiion Clerk of she is made in fuch Order for the like Entry in the Mailer's Books in the Report-Office: It is therefore or- Ri P°=t OiT.ce to dered, That when the Mailers do at any Time hereafter certify to the Keport-Office fuch Entry, of Books" h'dr"' 8 the delivering- but fuch Securities as aforefaid, the Clerk of the Report-Office fhall make Entries accor- veriogoutrf Se- eling to fuch Certificate in the refpective Mailer's Books kept in that Office, of the delivering out fuch Se- curities at the curities as aforefaid. ' And whereas fince the making of the faid Order of the twenty-fixth Day of May lail, Richard Godfrey, Mr. Godfrey Efq; one of the Mailers of this Court, hath been deficient in bringing in his Balance of Cafh, and is fubje_a&i 10 the now a deficient Mafter : It is therefore hereby ordered, That the faid Richard Godfrey, and his Eilate, ° ,J * rs relating and the Monies, Securities and Effects of the Suitors in his Hands, Cuftody or Power, or under his Care, Matte "' fhall be fubject to the fame Methods, Rules, Orders and Regulations, as are in and by this and the faid recited Order prefcribed and appointed, in Relation to the deficient Mailers. ' And forafmuch as no Directions or Provifions are laid down in the faid Order relating to the Stocks, Securities, Monies or Effects of or belonging to the Suitors of this Court, in the Name, Hands or Cuf- tody, or under the Care of the Ufher of this Court, and to the Intent that due Caution may be taken touching fuch Stocks, Securities, Monies and Effects, and one uniform Method may be obferved : It is Trfterof the therefore further ordered, That the Ufher of this Court do^ as to all Stocks and Annuities of the Suitors Court hisDuty. 4 G 2 of
