And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every the Forfeitures and Pennl- Forfeitures and ties which fhall at any Time hereafter be incurred by Virtue of this Aft, or -.my Claufe therein contained, I'cnalties howio. within the Kingdoms of Great Britain and Ireland refpedtively, fhall be fued for and recovered in fuch Man- be fue<l fur - ner, and with fuch Coifs of Suit as by the faid Adt of the tenth of Queen Anne is prescribed and directed for the Recovery of the Penalty or Forfeiture of twenty Pounds, hereby laid or inflicted upon the faid Ma- tters, Commanders and Owners of Ships or Veffels neglecting or refilling to appear, or make Difcovery, or to pay the faid Duty, in fuch Manner as by the faid laft mentioned Act is required and directed ; and that all and every the Forfeitures and Penalties, which fhall at any Time hereafter be incurred by Virtue of this Act, or any Claufe therein contained, within the faid Iflands of Gucrnfey, Jerfey, Alderney, Sari and Atfan, or the faid Colonics, Iflands or Dominions in America, or within any of them refpedtively, (hall be fued for and recovered within the faid Iflands, Colonies, and Dominions refpedtively, in fuch and the fame Manner as is ufual in fuing^ for and recovering other Forfeitures or Penalties incut red by Virtue of Penal Laws within the faid Iflands, Colonies and Dominions refpedtively, together with double Cofts of Suit ; and that one Moiety of all and every the faid Forfeitures and Penalties, when recovered, fhall go and be to the Ufe of the /aid Hofpital, and the other Moiety thereof to the Ufe of fuch Perfon or Perfons as fhall fue for the fame in Manner as aforefaid. X.
