' Laws and reviving others therein mentioned, and againft clandeftine running of uncuftomed Goods, and

' be exported, further continued from the Expiration of the feveral and refpeftive Terms therein mentioned, ' for the Term of five Years, and from thence to the end of the then next Seffion of Parliament) : And ' whereas the faid Claufes are near expiring, but in regard it is neceffary that the (aid Claufes fliould be fur- ' ther continued, for preventing Frauds in the Revenue,' Be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid laft mentioned Claufes in the faid Act of the fifth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty, and fo con- tinued by the faid Act of the ninth Year of his faid late Majefty, fhall be in Force and put in Practice, for the Purpofes in the faid Acts mentioned, from and after the Expiration thereof, until the twenty-ninth Day of September one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-four, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament. Silk Manufactures of this Kingdom, and for taking off feveral Duties on Merchandizes exported, which Farther umtnuei were to continue in Force for three Years, from the twenty-fifth Day of March one thoufand feven hun- f^ died and twenty-two, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament, and which were by an Aft made in the eleventh Year of the Reign of his faid late Majefty, to continue feveral Acts therein n Geo. 1,029, mentioned, for encouraging of the Silk Manufactures of this Kingdom, and for other Purpofes therein mentioned, further continued from the Expiration thereof for three Years, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament, fhall be- and are hereby further continued from the Expiration thereof, until the twenty-ninth Day of September one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-four, and from thence to the End of the then next Seffion of Parliament. V.
