' eight Pence in the proper Book of the faid Governor and Company, as Part of the Capital or Joint Stock of the fame; and that the faid Stock of eight hundred twenty-two thoufand thirty-two Pounds four Shil- lings and eight Pence, fo to be written in, lhall be transferrable, and from the faid Feaft of the Nativity of Saint John Baptift fhall have the fame Dividends, Benefits and Privileges, and be fubjedr to the fame Rules, Directions and Powers, as the reft of the capital Stock of the faid Corporation from that Time is to have, enjoy or be fubject unto. And to transfer II. And it is hereby enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Treafurer of the Navy, who rortheufeof fhall write in the faid Sum of eight hundred twenty-two thoufand thirty-two Pounds four Shillings and the Com P an y eight Pence, as aforefaid, fhall immediately thereupon transfer and aflign (in due Form) to the Cafhier of Partlt 9 th'e faid the faid Governor and Company, or whom the Court of Directors of the faid Governor and Company Stock fo written fhall appoint, for the Ufe of the faid Governor and Company, the full Sum of five hundred eighty- in, &c three thoufand three hundred thirty-nine Pounds and eight Pence, Part of the faid Stock which fhall have been fo written in, as aforefaid, That is to fay, two hundred feventy-five thoufand three hundred thirty- nine Pounds and eight Pence, Part thereof, in full Satisfaction of their faid original Fund for the half Year, reckoning from the Feaft of the Birth of our Lord Chrift one thoufand feven hundred and fourteen, and ended at the faid Feaft of the Nativity of Saint John Baptift in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen inclufively ; three hundred thoufand Pounds more thereof in full Satisfaction of their faid increafed Fund for the Half Year, reckoning from the faid Feaft of the Nativity of Saint John Baptift in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen, and toend.at the Feaft of the Birth of our Lord Chrift in the fame Year one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen inclufively ; and the remaining eight .thoufand Pounds thereof in full Satisfaction of the faid Allowance of eight thoufand Pounds per Anmtm, for their Charges of Management for one whole Year, beginning from the faid Feaft of the Birth of our Lord Chrift one thoufand feven hundred and fourteen, and to end on the. like Feaft-Day in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen inclufively. At Chriffmas III. Provided always, and it is hereby declared to be the true Intent and Meaning of this prefent Act, 1715, an Ac- That the faid Governor and Company, or their Cafhier for their Ufe, fhall and may (notwithftanding any count to be Provifion made by this Act) proceed to receive Jo much of the Money arifing by the particular Duties on Monie7 a rifing SaIt * R°ck-Salt, and Candles, and by the feveral Rates on Monies given with Clerks, Apprentices, and by the Duties Servants, mentioned in the faid Act of the ninth Year of her late Majefty's Reign, as they might have on Salt, Candles, received if this Act had not been made; but that within ten Days after the Feaft of the Birth of our Lord &c. of 9 Annae, Chrift one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen, an exact Account fhall be made up by the Auditor of the C.21 that Year > Receipt of his Majefty's Exchequer, of all the Monies, which, within the whole Year ending at the fame Feaft, fhall have been received by the faid Governor and Company, or their Cafhier, of thofe particular Duties or Rates ; and the Sum total of the Monies fo received or to be received by them within the faid Year, fhall go and be reckoned and accounted as Part of the faid mcreafed Fund, which fhall firft grow due to the faid Governor and Company, after the faid Feaft of the Birth of our Lord Chrift in the Year of our Lord one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen, and fhall be deducted out of the fame increafed Fund accordingly ; any Thing in this or any former Act or Ads of Parliament to the contrary not- withftanding. The remaining IV. All the Duties, V. And it is hereby enacted, That all the feveral Duties, Revenues and Surplus Monies, which, -by the &c. 9 Annae, faid Act of the ninth Year of her late Majefty's Reign, were fettled, appropriated, appointed, or intended, c. ii. appropri-f or an f wer ing the yearly Fund which was to be adjufted by that Act, and the faid yearly Sum of eight goodtlTin- 6 thoufand Pounds, That is to fay, fuch of the fame Duties, Revenues and Surplus Monies as are already cieafedfund. come into Pcifleffion, and the reft of them as they fhall feverally take Effect, are hereby appropriated, and fhall be applied to and for the anfwering and making good all tile Payments which, after the faid Feaft of the Birth of our Lord Chrift one thoufand feven hundred and fifteen, fhall grow due, for or upon the faid increafed Fund, amounting to fix hundred thoufand Pounds per Anmem, as aforefaid, and the faid yearly Sum cf eight thoufand Pounds for or towards Charges of Management, as aforefaid, and to none othejf Ufe, Intent, or Purpofe whafoeyer, under fuch and the like Penalties, Forfeitures, and Difabilities to be incurred and inflicted for diverting, misapplying, or detaining any the Monies applicable to the Payments by this Aft directed, as by the faid Act of the ninth Year of her late Majefty's Reign, or by any other AcT: or Acts relating thereunto, were in the like Cafe intended to be inflicted or incurred for .diverting, mifapplying, or detaining any the Monies which were to be paid in Furfuance thereof. VI.
