by the King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Authority of the fame,. And it is hereby enacted, That the Medium of the Monies appearing to have arifen by the the Produce faid Duties within feven Years, fhall be a certain annual Sum to be- charged on the Fund called charged on the fj^g Aggregate Fund, and being fo charged, fhall from Time to Time be iftued, paid, diftributed and forl'Siiy 'to applied, to make good to the feveral publick Creditors or other Perfon or Perfons, Body Politick or the Creditors. Corporate, having Intereft or Security in the Money arifing from the fame Duties on rough or undreft Flax, would have been apportioned and applied, in cafe the faid Duties had been continued, and not been determined by this Act. « VII.
