C. 31, 32. 71 ever directly or indirecTtly, by Writing or otherwife, to give any Orders or Directions to any Mafter or Perfon having the Command or Rule of any Ship or Veffel imployed in the Coal Trade, or to any Auent or Servant imployed in the felling of Coals, which (hall any Ways relate to the keeping o£ Turn in felling or delivering of Coals in the River of Thames, and that no Mafter or Mafters, or other Perfon having the Command or Rule of any Ship or Veflel as aforefaid, (hall obey any fuch Orders or keep Turn as aforefaid ; upon Pain that every Perfon giving fuch Directions, and the Perfon or Perfons- obfervlrig and following the fame, or any otherwife directly or indirectly acting contrary to the true In- tuit and Meaning of this Act, (hall refpeclively forfeit and pay the Sum of one hundred Pounds for every fuch Offence, one Moiety thereof to his Majefty, his Heirs and Succeffors, and the other Moiay ta him or them who lhall Cue for the fame, within the Space of fix Months next after fuch Offence or Offences lhall be committed, to be recovered with treble Cofts of Suit, by Action of Debt, Bill, Plaint or Information, in any of his Majefty's Courts of Record, wherein no Effoin, Protection, VVager of Law, nor more than one Imparlance (hall be allowed. ' particular Agents imployed by the Owners of fuch Ships, by which Means fuch Mafters have been or ' may be difabled from delivering their Coals, until permitted by fuch Agents,' Be it therefore enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the Mafter of every Ship or Veffel loaded with Coals, or other Perfon Coequets to in having the Care or Charge thereof, (hall deliver or caufe to be delivered, to the proper Officer of the delivered within Cuftoms at the Port of London, the Coequets containing the Lading of fuch Ship or Veffel, within the Arrival©! th" Space of four Days after the Arrival of fuch Ship or Veffel as high as Gravefend, in the faid River of ship. ings, and fixed in Gardens,.
