An Act for enabling his Majefty to apply five hun- dred thoufand Pounds out of the Sinking Fund, for the Service of the Year 1733. and for the further Difpofition of the faid Fund, by paying off one million of South-Sea Annuities ; and for enabling his Majefty, out of the Monies arifen by Sale of the Lands in the Ifland of St. Chrifiopher, to pay the Sum of eighty thoufand Pounds, for the Marriage Portion of the Princefs Royal, and ten thoufand Pounds to the Truftees for efhtblifhing the Co- lony of Georgia in America ; and for making good all Deficiencies and Charges, by taking of Broad Pieces into the Mint out of the Coinage Duty ; and for appro- priating the Supplies granted in this Seffion of Parlia- ment ; and for iilliing to the Subdean, Treafurer, and Steward of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Wcflmin- Jler, out of the Monies referved for building Fifty New Churches within the Cities of London and Wcjlminfter, and the Suburbs thereof, and for making Provifions for the Minifters of the fame, four thoufand Pounds for the Rep.iir of the faid Collegiate Church, and twelve hun- . dred Pounds for fini filing the Dormitory belonging thereunto. 26. An Act to prevent the coining or counterfeiting any of the Gold Coins, commonly called Broad Pieces. 27. An Act to explain and amend an Act made in the fe- cond Year of his prefent Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Aft for the better Regulation of Attornies and Solicitors. 28. An Act for the converting a further Part of the Ca- • pital Stock of the South-Sea Company into Annuities re- deemable by Parliament, and for fettling the remaining Part of the faid Stock in the faid Company. 29. An Act for the better Regulation of Laftage and Bal- laftage in the River Thames. 30. An Act to recover and preferve the Navigation of the River Dee in the County Palatine of Chejler. 31. An Act for the Relief of Parifhes, and other Places, from fuch Charges as may arife from Baftard Children born within the fame. 32. An Act to enable certain Perfons to propound the Papers importing to be the laft Will, Codicils, and Teftamentary Schedules of Richard Norton late of South- wick in the County of Southampton Efq; deceafed, in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, and to fue for Admi- nistration with the fame annexed. 33. An Act for the further Encouragement of the Whale Fifhery carried on by his Majefty's Britijh Subjects. 34. An Act for reviving fo much of the Act made in the firft Year of his Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Ail to oblige Ships coming from Places infecled more effeilually to perform their Quarentlne, and for the better preventing the Plague being brought from foreign Parts into Great Britain or Ireland, or the Ijles 'of Guernfey, Jerfey, Alderney, Sark or Man, and to hinder the fpreading of Infeiiion, as relates to the performing of Quarentine, and preventing the fpreading of Infection, and to enable his Majefty to prohibit Commerce with any. Country or Place infected with the Plague, for a certain Time therein limited. 35. An Act for appointing Commiffioners to examine, ftate and report, who of the Sufferers in The Charitable Corporation are Objects of Compaffion, according to the Deicriptions therein mentioned; and for giving Relief to fuch Sufferers ; and for enforcing the Laws made againft foreign Lotteries ; and for im powering the faid Commiffioners to hear and determine the Claims of fuch Creditors and Proprietors of the faid Corporation, as have not made their Claims within the Time limited by an Act made in the laft Seffion of Parliament, for taking, , fiating and determining all the Claims and Demands of we Creditors of the fa id Corporation, and of all Perfins claim- ing any Share or Intcrfl in the Stock" or Fund of the faid Corporation. 36. An Act for making effectual fuch Agreement as fhall be made between the Charitable Corporation for Relief of induftrious Poor, by affifting them with finall Suirs upon Pledges, at legal Intcrcft, and their Creditors. 37. An Aft for making perpetual the feveral Acts therein mentioned, for the better Regulation of Juries, and fof impowLring the Juftices of Seffion or Ailizes for the Counties Palatine of Chejler, Lancaffer and Durham, to appoint a fpecial Jury in Manner therein mentioned, and for continuing the Act for regulating the Manufac- ture of Cloth, in the Weft-Riding of the County of York (except a Claufe therein contained) and for conti- nuing an Act for the more effectual punifhing wicked and evil difpofed Perfons going armed in Difguife, and for other Purpofes therein mentioned ; and to prevent the cutting or breaking down the Bank of any River, or any Sea-Bank, and to prevent the malicious cutting of Hop-binds; and for continuing an Act made in the thirteenth and fourteenth Years of the Reign of King Charles the Second, for preventing Theft and Rapine upon the Northern Borders of England; and for revi- ving and continuing certain Clauies in two other Acts made for the fame Purpofe. 38. An Act for enlarging the Time for Exportation of Tea, PRIVATE ACTS. Anno 6 Georgii II. 1. A N Act for inclofing feveral large common Fields il within the Parifhes of Weljbome Ha/lings and New- bold Pacy, in the County of Warwick. 2. An Act for exemplifying two Marriage Settlements, made on the Marriage of Henry late Earl of Thnnond, and the prefent Earl Thomond, and for making the fame Evidence in all Courts of Law and Equity in Ireland. 3. An Act for dividing and inclofing the common Fields, and common Meadows, in the Parifh of Bar/Ion in the County of Warwick. 4. An Act for difcharging divers Lands and Heredita- ments, at Aberton in the County of Worcefter, Part of the Eftate of Francis Sheldon Efq; a Lunatick, from the Trufts of a former Act of Parliament, made for Pay- ment of the Debts of the faid Francis Sheldon and for veiling another Eftate of the faid Lunatick in the Coun- ty of Glouceflcr, in Truftees for the fame Purpofe. 5.
