" ceffors, as a Body Corporate. 60 /. per Ann. allowed to the Minifters, to be paid quarterly. Divine " Offices to be performed therein by Rotation. This Act not to dived the Minifters of any Ecclefiaftical " Duties within the Pariih. The Wardens of the Church of Tiverton to be Wardens of the new " Chapel, and may difpofe of the Pews, &c. to the Inhabitants, but not to others. The Minifters " may appoint a Clerk and other Officers, with Salaries not exceeding 10/. per Ann. The Money/ " railed by Pews, &c. to be accounted for as belonging to the Pariih of Tiverton, but appropriated, in " the firft Place-, to defray the Charges of the Chapel. The Chapel to be fubject to the Jurifdiction " of the Biftiop of Exon." CAP. XX. An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Act pafted in the tenth Year of the Reign of her late Majefty Queen Anne, intituled, An Ail for the better repairing and amending the Road leading from Ipiwich to Cieydon, and the Road called the Pye Road in the County of Suffolk, and for amending the Roads leading from Yaxley Bull through Eye to Lanthorn Green in the faid County. PR. The Toll took Place the firft Day of June 1733, and is to have Continuance for 21 Years. CAP. XXI. An Act for providing a Maintenance for the Rector of the new Church near Old-Street in the Parifh of Saint Giles Cripplegate, and for making that Part of the faid Pariih, which is called Tlje Lordjbi.b Part, a diftinct Pariih, and for impowering the Commiflloners for building of the fifty new Churches, to apply a Sum of Money to wall in the faid Church and Church Yard, and to erect a Houfe for the Habitation of the Rector of the faid Church, out of the Money appropriated for the Endowment of the faid fifty new Churches. P R. " Appointment of 3,500/. out of the Coal Duties to the Ufe of the Minifter. 120/. per Ann. to be paid to the Minifter quarterly. The- new Diftrict to be a diftinct Pariih. 2,000/. to be paid by 2; June 1733. Veftry may make Rates for buying Neceffaries for the Sacrament, csY. The Clerk of the new Pariih to be a Member of the Company of Pariih Clerks. The Rector of the new Church " to pay the prefent Clerk of the old Pariih 25 /. per Ann.
