Provided always, That nothing in this Adt (hall extend to any Perfon beyond the Seas, who Perrons t^yon* by virtue of this Act ought to take and fubfcribe the faid Oaths, or by virtue of the faid Adt made in theSeu niiow- the twenty-fifth Year of King Charles the Second ought to make and fubfcribe the faid Declaration, f^'o" t hV&c fo as fuch Perfon do within fix Calendar Months after his Return to or Arrival in that Part of Great 6 Months after Britain called England, take and fubfcribe the faid Oaths, in fuch Manner and Form, and at fuch Place tiu.-u ■ Return, and Places, as are appointed in and by the faid Act made in the firft Year of the Reign of his late Majefty King Gii >rce the Firft, and alfo receive the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper according to the Ufage of the Church of England, and make and fubfcribe the faid Declaration againft Tranfubitan- tiation, in fuch Cafes wherein the faid Sacrament ought to have been received, and the faid Declaration ought to have been made and fubferibed. V . VI.
