An Act for laying a Duty upon Apples imported from Foreign Parts •, and for continuing an Act paiTed in the fourth Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty, For granting an Allowance upon the Exportation of Britifh made Gunpowder ■, and for taking off the Draw- back upon Exportation of Foreign Paper •, and for the better fecuring the Payment of the Bounty on the Exportation of Britifh made Sail Cloth; and for giving further Time for the Payment of Duties omitted to be paid for the Indentures and Contracts of Clerks and Apprentices. enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That from and after the twenty-fourth Day of June one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-feven, there (hall not be allowed or made on the Re-exportation of any foreign No Drawback Paper any Drawback or Repayment of any cf the Cuftoms or Duties charged and paid on the Importa- on foreign Fa- tion thereof into this Kingdom, by any Act or Acts of Parliament; any Law, Cuftom or Ufage to per exported. the contrary thereof in any wife notwithftanding.
