Difpofal of the 24,000 1, in caje of the Deatii or Marriage of the Princefles. are hereby enacted to be good and effectual in the Law, according to the Tenor and Purport thereof in the faid Letters Patent or Letters Patents, Indenture or Indentures to be exprefled, not- withftanding any Reftriction or other Matter or Thing contained in the faid Act of Parliament made in the firft Year of her faid late Majelty's Reign, intituled, An Att for the better Support of her Ma- jfly's Houjhold, cmd of the Honour and, Dignity of the Crown; and notwithftanding any Reftriction or oilier Matter or Thing contained in the laid Act of the ninth Year of her faid late Majefty's Reign, for eftabliuYing the Poft-ofnce, or any other Act or Acts of Par.iament, and any Mif-recital, Non- recital, Omiftion or other Defect, in the faid Letters Patent or Letters Patents, Indenture or Inden- tures hereafter to be made, in any wife notwithftanding; faving to all and every Perfon and Perfons Bodies Politick or Corporate, their Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrato; s and Affigns (other than the King's Majefty, his Heirs and SucceiTors, and other than fuch Perfon and Perfons who do or may ftand feifed or poffeffed in Truft for his Majefty, his Heirs and Succeflbrs) all fuch Right, Title, Intereft and Demand whatfoever, which tfuy or any of them have 01 may have of, in, to or out of [the Revenues aforefaid, or any Part thereof, before the making of this Act, as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purpofes, as if this Act had not been made; this Act or any Thing therein contained to the contrary notwithftanding. VII. Provided always, ana it is hereby enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Annuity or yearly Sum of fifteen thoufand Pounds, (hall not at any time or times hereafter be aliened, con- veyed, difpofed, charged or incumbred by his faid Royal Highnefs, or by any of the Heirs of his Body, for any greater or longer Eftate or Time than during the natural Life of the Perfon fo alien- ing, conveying, difpoiing, charging or incumbring the fame, or fo as to prevent the fame from de- fcending to the Heirs in Tail according to the faid Limitation, other than, and according to, and in purfuance of fuch Power, for making Jointures, and for the Benefit of younger Sons and of Daugh- ters of his faid Royal Highnefs the Duke, or of any of the Heirs of his Body, as fhall be limited and given in and by fuch Letters Patent, Indenture or Indentures as aforefaid. VIII. Provided alio, and it is hereby exacted by the Authority aforefaid, That upon the Death of any of their faid Royal HighnelTes the Princefles, or upon the Marriage of any one of them, and the Payment of a Portion of or in ConfideraJon of fuch Marriage, not lefs than forty thoufand Pounds Sterling, the Right, Title, Share and Intereft of fuch Princefs fo dying, or being married, in and to the faid yearly Rent or Annuity of twenty-four thoufand Pounds, or any Part thereof, lhall ceafe and determine; and the faid whole Annuity lhall from thenceforth accrue and remain to the three other Princefles; and upon the Death or Marriage of any other of the laid Princefles, and the Pay- ment of a Portion not iefs than forty thoufand Pounds Sterling on or in Coniideration of fuch Mar- riage, the Right, Share and Intereft of fuch other Princefs fo dying, or being married, in or to the faid Annuity of twenty-four thoufand Pounds, ihall ceaie and determine; and two third Parts of the faid Annuity of twenty-four thoufand Pounds, amounting to fixteen thoufand Pounds per Annum, and no more, (hall accrue and belong to the other two Princefles then unmarried; and upon the Death or Marriage of either of the faid two laft mentioned PrmceiTes, and Payment of a Portion not lefs than forty thoufand Pounds Sterling on or in Confideration of fuch Marriage, the Right, Share and Intereft of fuch Princefs, of, in and to the faid Annuity of fixteen thoufand Pounds, lhall ceafe and determine, and the ether of the faid Princefles then living fhall be intitled to twelve thoufand Pounds per Annum, Part of the faid Rent, or Annuity of fixteen thoufand Pounds, and no more, to ceafe and be determined on her Death or Marriage,, and the Payment of a Portion not lefs than forty thoufand Pounds Sterling on or in Confideration of fuch Marriage. HE RE AS the Pariih Church of Saint Catharine Col. man in Fenchurch Jlreet in the City of London, is a very ancient Fabrick, and being built at firft with Chalk and Rubble, is now fo decayed in the Walls and Pillars and feveral other Parts thereof, that the whole Building, and
