Provided neverthelefs, That nothing in this Act contained (hall extend, or be conftrued to ex- Piovi/o, tend to take off, or caufe to ceafe and determine the Duties upon Worfted Yarn, being of two or more Threads twifted or thrown, or Crue', imported into Great Britain from the Kingdom of Ireland. VII. A Certificate of which Oath or Affirmation, attefted by the Collector and Comptroller of the C adorns who administer the Same, under their Hands and Seals,' (hall, after having been regiftred by them, be delivered to the Matter of the Ship for the Security of her Navigation ; a Duplicate of which Re- gifter lhall be immediately tranfinitted to the Commiliioners of h s Majefty's Cuftoms in the Pt rt of London, in order to be emred in the general Regifter, to be there kept by them for this Purpofe. VIII. And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That no Ship's Name regiftred (hall be ship's Name afterwards changed, without regiftring fuch Ship again, which is hereby required likewite to be done not to be aiter- upon any Transfer of Property to another Port, and delivering up the former Certificate to be cancelled, ri&ringjiie tre " under the fame Penalties, and in the like Method, as is herein before directed : And that in cafe of any fame again; Alteration of Property in the fame Port, by the Sale of one or more Shares -in any Ship,' after regiftring thereof, fuch Sale (hall always be acknowledged by Indorsement of the Certificate of the Regifter. be- fore
